What is electrostimulation?
– It’s a current impulse that creates involuntary muscle contraction.
– Highly effective for toning and reducing body fat percentage.
– No joint load.
– 99 percent of muscle fibers are worked.
– Different training programs: Cardiovascular, toning, decontracting, anti-cellulite.
(20-minute training, twice a week).
Training for Children
Personal training or small groups for children (Under 16 years old)
